We have experience helping a diverse client base in warehousing services, transportation management, supply chain management, order fulfillment and labor needs.SummaryA Quality Control (QC) team member is responsible for ensuring that products, materials, or processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves inspecting, testing, and documenting results to maintain consistency and prevent defects before products reach customers.Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished productsConduct tests using measurement tools, gauges, or lab equipmentIdentify defects, deviations, or non-conformancesEnsure products meet company standards and customer specificationsFollow quality control procedures and checklistsAssist in developing and improving quality processesRecord inspection results accurately and maintain quality recordsPrepare reports on defects, trends, and corrective actionsMaintain compliance with regulatory and internal documentation standardsInvestigate quality issues and determine root causesWork with production teams to resolve defectsRecommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations (e.g., ISO standards)Participate in internal and external auditsMaintain clean and organized inspection areasUse and maintain testing equipment and measuring instrumentsCalibrate tools as requiredReport equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detailAnalytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and teamworkAbility to follow procedures and documentation standardsTime management and organizationFamiliarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001)Experience using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
Safety:
- Observe and follow health and safety regulations Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and proceduresMaintain detailed records of safety incidentsAssign designated safety personnelMaintain warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
