Rent Revenue Manager - Multifamily - Yardi

Yardi Rent Revenue Manager - This is a Multifamily Corporate level position with a home office.  Position may be based in Arizona, Texas or Georgia.  May have some flexibility with other locations.

Three years Rent Revenue Management experience with Yardi is required.  

Rent Revenue Management

• Process all rent charges, adjustments, concessions, and rent changes.
• Implement approved annual rent increases and rent schedule updates.
• Maintain communication with Regional Managers and Property Managers
• Participate in required training, staff meetings, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Yardi, including rent revenue modules and Rent Café
• College Degree or CPM Preferred
• 3+ years in Rent Revenue management 
• Supervisory experience is required.
