Location: Odessa, Texas

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Delivery Driver to join our team in Odessa, Texas. This position combines hands-on industrial piping knowledge with professional delivery responsibilities. The ideal candidate will safely transport piping materials, fittings, valves, and related equipment while supporting warehouse operations, inventory management, and customer service activities throughout the Permian Basin region.

The successful candidate will possess a valid CDL, demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, and have experience handling industrial piping products used in oilfield, construction, manufacturing, and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Transportation

Operate CDL vehicles safely and efficiently to deliver industrial piping products to customer locations and job sites.
Inspect vehicles before and after trips and complete all required DOT documentation.
Secure loads properly to ensure safe transportation of materials.
Plan routes and schedules to maximize delivery efficiency.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, company, and DOT regulations.
Communicate delivery updates and address customer needs professionally.

Piping Operations

Identify, handle, and organize pipe, fittings, flanges, valves, and related industrial products.
Assist customers with product selection and verification of materials.
Read packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping documents accurately.
Support loading and unloading activities using forklifts and material handling equipment.
Ensure piping materials are stored and maintained according to company standards.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies.
Participate in safety meetings and training programs.
Wear required PPE and maintain a proactive safety mindset.
Ensure proper handling of industrial materials and equipment.

Required Qualifications

Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of delivery driving, industrial supply, oilfield, warehouse, or related experience.
Knowledge of industrial piping products, valves, fittings, and related materials preferred.
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to load and unload heavy industrial materials safely.
Capable of working in warehouse, yard, and field environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in the oil and gas industry.
Forklift certification.
Hazmat endorsement (preferred but not required).
Familiarity with Permian Basin customer sites and delivery routes.
Experience with inventory management systems and shipping software.
