AI Solutions Architect - Remote (US)

BEARCloud's client is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to support enterprise customers in evaluating and adopting AI and Generative AI solutions.This is a pre-sales, consultative solutions role focused on technical discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, POCs, and business value. You'll partner closely with sales teams to translate complex AI and data requirements into practical, secure, and scalable solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, POCs, and proof-of-value engagements.
• Serve as a trusted AI technical advisor to customer executives, architects, and engineering teams.
• Design enterprise AI/GenAI solutions involving LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and unstructured data.
• Develop reference architectures, technical demonstrations, and solution accelerators.
• Lead customer workshops and help translate AI use cases into scalable implementation plans.
• Work with cloud and technology partners including NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and influence future capabilities.
• Develop clear technical narratives, architecture diagrams, and business-focused solution recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting supporting enterprise customers.
• Experience designing or deploying Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector stores, and orchestration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data infrastructure, storage, backup/recovery, and hybrid-cloud environments.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
• Working knowledge of Python and APIs for integrations, automation, demonstrations, and POCs.
• Understanding of AI security, governance, compliance, and data protection.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
