Wash Technician

M&C Pressure Washing is seeking a dependable, hardworking Wash Technician to join our team. This position involves cleaning commercial trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, buildings, windows, concrete, and industrial facilities using professional hot-water pressure-washing equipment and cleaning chemicals.

No professional pressure-washing experience is required—we will train the right person. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work efficiently as part of a crew.

Primary Responsibilities

• Wash commercial trucks, trailers, engines, and heavy equipment

• Perform two-step chemical washing and hot-water pressure washing

• Clean storefront windows, concrete, buildings, and industrial equipment

• Mix, handle, and apply cleaning chemicals according to company procedures

• Set up and properly store hoses, pressure washers, chemical systems, and other equipment

• Inspect completed work and correct any missed areas

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment

• Maintain a clean and organized truck, trailer, and work area

• Complete wash records and accurately report finished work

• Provide professional and respectful service at customer locations

• Assist with emergency and specialty cleanup work when needed

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Able to work safely without constant supervision

• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, wind, and wet conditions

• Able to stand, bend, climb, and lift approximately 50 pounds

• Willing to work around water, cleaning chemicals, oil, grease, and dirty equipment

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Acceptable driving record preferred

• Pressure-washing, detailing, construction, oilfield, or equipment-operation experience is helpful but not required
