We're looking for a dependable CDL Operator – CCTV to safely operate hydro excavation equipment and support underground utility inspection and exposure projects. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, reliable equipment operation, and the ability to perform physically demanding work while providing excellent service to customers.

What You'll Do
- Operate hydro excavation trucks using pressurized water and vacuum systems to safely expose underground utilities.
- Perform CCTV inspection work in accordance with customer specifications and safety requirements.
- Safely operate Class A or Class B CDL vehicles while complying with all DOT regulations.
- Interpret utility markings, job site layouts, and work instructions to prevent underground utility damage.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report equipment concerns.
- Perform routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and basic mechanical upkeep of trucks and equipment.
- Communicate professionally with customers to ensure service expectations are met throughout each project.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, vehicles, and equipment.
- Measure distances, depths, and layouts using tape measures and basic mathematical calculations.
- Adapt to changing job site conditions, customer needs, and project schedules.
- Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required to support operational demands.
What You'll Need
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with tanker endorsement and a minimum of one year of verifiable CDL driving experience.
- Acceptable driving record and current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout 8–12-hour shifts.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and frequently enter and exit commercial vehicles and equipment.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and other environmental conditions.
- Ability to work around industrial noise, pressurized systems, water, mud, and debris while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Willingness to travel between job sites and work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of job site safety practices.
