Regal Staffing Services now hiring a Lead Position located in the Midlothian, 76065 area.

Shift/Pay: 2nd shift 2pm-12:30am Monday- Friday (With some Saturday’s)
Pay Rate: $20.00hour based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead the employees working on the bulk powder filling line.
- Monitor the filling process and make adjustments when equipment isn't running correctly.
- Check that products are being filled to the correct weight/quantity.
- Train employees on SOPs, safety, sanitation, and equipment operation.
- Organizes and files attendance paperwork
- Orders supplies and materials such as: shrink-wrap film, glue guns, glue sticks, first aid supplies, etc.
- Make sure the production area and equipment are clean and sanitary.
- Keeps inventory records of the supplies and materials in the departments.
- Compiles general production reports.
- Distributes and collects Human Resources related forms.
- Assists Production Supervisor with typing memos, documents, etc.
- Assists with special projects that may entail working with other supervisors.
- Monitors daily production and solves problems in the absence of Supervisor.
- Fills Inputs daily production via computer and RF device.
- Orders materials needed for daily and weekly production.
- Verifies product and Lot numbering for daily production.
- Compiles and records production data from daily production logs.
- Complete daily batch records per FDA requirements.
- Coordinates activities with the supply cage personnel and coordinates employee orders with the appropriate staff member.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate problems or production status to the supervisor/manager.
- Follows GMPS and safety rules as outlined by company policy.
- May perform Packer, General Worker, or Sorter/Inspector duties as needed.
- Assists with annual physical inventory.
Requirements:
- Must have Team Lead 1 to 3 year’s of experience
- Must be able to stand up to 10 hours during shift
- MUST have experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must adhere to the safety protocols
- Must have stable work history
- Pass background and drug screen
