25 patients per shift
Both outpatient and inpatient practice settings required
Beeper call -- 30-min response; avg 5 - 15 patients per call period
Arthroscopy required
Total joint replacement -- hip and knee required
Fellowship required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
