ENT-Otolaryngology Position | $525K-$600K+ | Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri - Now Hiring

A respected hospital system in Osage Beach, Missouri, at the Lake of the Ozarks, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible ENT-Otolaryngologist to join a growing practice. Physicians benefit from a modern, fully equipped clinic featuring Karl Storz flexible scopes, Leica C12 microscopes, JedMed-powered exam chairs, Reliance chairs with suction, and additional procedure capabilities, all backed by a stable health system and strong physician support.

• Hospital-employed position with a stable, physician-focused health system established in 1973

• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• $525,000+ guaranteed salary, with experienced candidates eligible for up to $600,000

• wRVU production bonus begins after two years or once production exceeds the guaranteed base salary

• Up to $20,000 annual quality bonus

• Sign-on bonus

• Full benefits including 256 hours of PTO and relocation assistance
