- Develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities, and decrease aspiration risk
- Design communication strategies to help residents be better understood and understand others
- Lead, guide, and direct speech-language pathology and audiology services in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Ensure care and services align with established facility policies and procedures
