Occupational Therapist (OT)

Key Responsibilities- Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, customers, and referral sources to support resident care goals
- Communicate effectively with residents and families, maintaining a resident- and family-focused approach
- Contribute to building a positive facility culture as an engaged team member
- Implement and monitor occupational therapy interventions in a long term care setting
- Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience in a long term care (LTC) setting
- Active Texas OT license or compact state license required
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
- Strong collaboration and team-building skills
- Experience fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and referral sources
