CNC Machine Operator

Our client, a global leader in motion and control technologies, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will support precision machining operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, quality-driven, able to read blueprints, and eager to learn and grow their skills.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Location: Irwin, PA
Pay Range: $27
Shift: 3pm to 12am Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and meet production goals.
• Manufacture new and custom components, selecting the appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining methods.
• Create or modify CNC programs based on blueprints, work instructions, and specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean work area.

What's Needed?

• Experience with CNC programming and machine operation.
• Knowledge of manual machining equipment such as lathes, mills, and saws.
• Ability to read blueprints and apply shop math skills.
• Understanding of GD&T and precision measurement techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to workplace safety.
