Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for someone to help us part time with our son. There will usually be someone at home who can help if needed (dad works from home, mom is a stay at home mom) We value presence, engagement and growth. We love the outdoors and nature, being under the sun and barefoot on the grass is a daily practice for us. You're always encouraged to take him outside! Open communication is essential, we are always looking for ways to improve. He loves spending time outside! going for a walk, being at the park, playing at the playground, always exploring. He also enjoys reading books, playing with other kids, playing with water. - we can adjust/increase the hours for the right candidate
