Babysitter Needed for my Children

I am looking for a great nanny for 3 amazing little girls in Henrico. I would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. I am a firefighter that works 10 24 hour shifts a month on a rotating schedule. I would need coverage from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00-7:30 a.m. the next day. That equates to two 24 hour days a week with one week during the month requiring 3 days. I would have a spare furnished room for you sleep in. I know this is a long shot but I won't know if it's possible if I don't try.
