Retail Store Manager - Charlotte (Pineville), NC

MISS A is growing fast, and we're looking for a driven, hands-on Store Manager to lead our store at Carolina Place in Pineville, NC, just south of Charlotte. If you're a proven retail leader who loves building a strong team and running a store that's full, clean, and organized, this is your chance to take the lead at one of the fastest-growing beauty and lifestyle brands — where every trend is just $1.

As Store Manager, you'll run the whole operation: hiring and coaching your team, keeping the sales floor and stockroom in top shape, managing inventory and cash, and creating the kind of shopping experience that keeps customers coming back. We're an easy drive from South Charlotte, Ballantyne, Matthews, and Fort Mill, SC.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, train, coach, and retain a strong store team — including scheduling and performance management.
• Set and hold store standards for merchandising, stocking, recovery, cleanliness, and product presentation.
• Manage ordering and inventory, and keep the stockroom organized and accurate.
• Own cash responsibilities — bank deposits, safe management, and till counts.
• Manage labor and drive sales performance to hit store goals.
• Solve problems and resolve conflicts on the floor with calm, sound judgment.
• Stay connected with HQ and submit nightly closing videos/photos through Basecamp.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Proven leadership — you know how to build a team, coach it, and keep a store accountable to standards.
• Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with cash handling, inventory, and merchandising.
• A valid Driver's License (required).
• Reliability and comfort with technology/tools (Basecamp, closing videos).

What We Offer

• Pay: $50,000–$52,000 per year (based on experience).
• Monthly bonus program (after the 60-day introductory period) based on store condition, labor management, and sales performance.
• Benefits eligible after 60 days: Medical, Dental, Vision, and FSA.
• Paid Time Off (PTO) — accrues per year, prorated by hire date.
