Picker Packer

Position Description

We are seeking Picking Clerks to support warehouse and distribution operations in Mocksville, NC. The selected candidates will locate and pick merchandise using picking documents and will be responsible for accurately staging, checking, packaging, and consolidating merchandise in both bulk and stockless departments. Candidates will also assist with the stockless transfer process while maintaining excellent attendance, productivity, accuracy, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Required

Warehouse and distribution operations

Order picking and fulfillment

Picking merchandise using picking documents

Staging, checking, packaging, and consolidating merchandise

Basic math skills

Ability to lift 60 lbs. or more

Ability to push/pull carts weighing 100+ lbs.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Bending, reaching, stretching, walking, and repetitive physical activity

Strong attendance and reliability

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and ability to handle workplace stress

Willingness to work overtime as needed

Ability to successfully complete background check and drug screening

U.S. Citizenship required

Experience Required

Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred. Forklift experience is also preferred. Experience with order picking, pallet jacks, material handling, shipping/receiving, inventory, or fulfillment operations is highly relevant.

Education Required

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
