No recruiting experience is required. We provide the training, coaching, and development needed to be successful.

What You'll Do

• Recruit and interview job seekers
• Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and our database
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
• Match candidates with employment opportunities
• Make outbound recruiting calls
• Build candidate pipelines for local employers
• Support client hiring needs with urgency and professionalism
• Maintain accurate records and candidate notes

• Bachelor's degree preferred
