Caregiver

An individual we supported initially needed significant assistance with daily living skills, including

personal care, meal preparation, and maintaining a consistent routine.

Through consistent Personal Assistance services, our staff encouraged participation in everyday

tasks such as grooming, preparing simple meals, and organizing personal items. With individualized

support and practice, the individual gained confidence and greater independence.

Over time, the individual became more engaged in daily routines, needed fewer reminders, and

showed greater willingness to complete tasks with minimal assistance. They also increased

participation in community activities with support.

This progress reflects the value of person-centered planning, consistent service delivery, and

collaboration with the individual and their support team. We remain committed to promoting

independence, dignity, and quality of life for every person we serve.

We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, dispensing medication, and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

 

Job is paying $25.00 an hour
