General Warehouse Associate

We are currently hiring dependable Bilingual Warehouse Associates for a busy 3PL warehouse. This position involves assisting with picking, packing, loading and unloading, and shipping operations.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and rotating between different warehouse departments based on daily business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick products accurately according to customer orders
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and warehouse materials
• Stage and organize outgoing shipments
• Verify products and quantities for accuracy
• Assist with general shipping and receiving duties
• Organize inventory and maintain a clean work area
• Report damaged or missing products to the supervisor
• Follow all warehouse procedures and safety requirements
• Assist in other departments when needed

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous warehouse or 3PL experience is preferred
• Experience with picking, packing, loading/unloading, or shipping is preferred
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move warehouse materials throughout the shift
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Must be willing to rotate between different warehouse duties
