Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Technical / Functional Analyst to support an ERP implementation already in progress.

This is a hands-on role for a well-rounded Epicor professional who can work across both the technical and functional sides of Kinetic, helping drive configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, go-live preparation, and post-go-live stabilization.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Epicor Financials, Operations/Manufacturing, data conversion, integrations, customizations, and implementation best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Epicor Kinetic implementation through configuration, testing, data conversion, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Serve as an internal Epicor SME across both technical and functional areas.
• Partner with business users, leadership, implementation partners, consultants, and third-party vendors.
• Review implementation decisions and identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support Epicor functionality across:
• • GL, AP, AR, and financial reporting
  • Order Management
  • Purchasing and Procurement
  • Inventory and Warehouse Management
  • Manufacturing and Production
  • MRP and Planning
  • Costing
  • Shipping and Fulfillment
• Lead or support data mapping, cleansing, migration, validation, reconciliation, and testing.
• Support Epicor environments for implementation, testing, training, and production.
• Design, troubleshoot, and support integrations with external systems and third-party platforms.
• Support integrations involving Shopify and QVC-related systems.
• Evaluate and support Epicor customizations while maintaining a scalable and supportable Kinetic environment.
• Participate in integration testing, UAT, cutover planning, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Provide ongoing Epicor support and continuous improvement following go-live.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic or recent versions of Epicor ERP.
• Experience supporting an Epicor implementation, major upgrade, or ERP transformation.
• Strong combination of technical and functional Epicor knowledge.
• Experience with both Financials and Operations/Manufacturing.
• Strong ERP data migration and conversion experience.
• Experience working with implementation partners and outside consultants.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical Epicor solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.

Direct Shopify or QVC experience is helpful but not required.

Employment Structure

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with an anticipated conversion salary of $120,000–$140,000.
