About the Role:
Skytouch Holdings Of Georgetown LLC is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Leader & Revenue Management professional to join the team at the Fairfield by Marriott in Georgetown, KY. This is your opportunity to take ownership of hotel revenue strategy and sales growth at a trusted Marriott-branded property. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR growth
- Manage revenue management strategies including rate setting, inventory control, and forecasting
- Prospect and cultivate relationships with corporate accounts, group business, and local market clients
- Analyze market trends and competitive set data to optimize pricing and positioning
- Collaborate with the front desk and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experience and upsell opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports, production summaries, and revenue forecasts to ownership and management
- Leverage Marriott brand tools, systems, and loyalty programs to maximize distribution and visibility
Requirements:
- Previous hotel sales or revenue management experience, preferably with a branded property
- Familiarity with Marriott systems, CI/TY, or similar property management and sales platforms is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
