Customer Sales and Success Agent

We’re growing our customer-facing team and looking for someone who knows how to make a conversation feel natural.

As a Customer Sales and Success Agent, you’ll meet customers face-to-face at retail locations and local events, learn what they’re looking for, introduce them to our clients’ products and services, and make sure they walk away feeling confident about their decision.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

• Talk with customers, a lot
• Ask questions and figure out what they need
• Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions
• Make recommendations that make sense for the customer
• Turn great conversations into sales
• Represent our clients and their brands professionally
• Work alongside a team that shares ideas, goals, and wins

THE MONEY

Guaranteed Base Pay + Commission

You’ll have consistent base compensation plus the opportunity to earn more based on your sales performance.
