The Leasing Consultant plays a key role in driving occupancy and ensuring tenant satisfaction within a residential or commercial property. This position involves actively engaging with prospective tenants, showcasing available units, and managing leasing agreements to contribute to the property's success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and highlight features to prospective tenants
