Certified Apartment Staffing is hiring an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Brooklyn, NY!

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED — SATURDAYS ARE MANDATORY

We are seeking a professional, experienced Leasing Consultant with strong apartment/multifamily leasing experience and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours and assist prospective residents
• Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects
• Process rental applications and leasing paperwork
• Prepare leases and maintain accurate resident files
• Assist residents with questions and requests
• Support daily leasing office operations
• Provide professional, high-quality customer service

Qualifications

• Previous apartment / multifamily leasing experience REQUIRED
• Professional appearance and communication required
• Must be available to work Saturdays — NO EXCEPTIONS
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
