TITLE: LEGAL PRACTICE ASSISTANT (LPA)
Job Summary:
Seeking a Legal Practice Assistant (LPA) for our client’s Miami, FL office to support members of the Firm, associates and paralegals in multiple practice areas including Litigation, Bankruptcy, Corporate, and Tax.
Requirements:
- Three (3+) years legal experience in multiple practice areas including Litigation, Bankruptcy, Corporate, and Tax.
- Strong working knowledge of Florida e-filing portal and CM/ECF, Microsoft Word, Excel and InTapp Time Entry required
- Knowledge of IManage and PowerPoint a plus.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish and English proficiently
- ·In-office five days per week preferred
