We’re hiring Production Associates and Sit-Down Forklift Operators to join a food manufacturing team in Plover, WI. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay & Shift Options for Production Associates

1st Shift
6:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $17.46/hr

2nd Shift
2:00 PM or 3:00 PM start – 10:30 PM or 11:30 PM | $18.46/hr

3rd Shift
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $20.46/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays

Sit-Down Forklift Operator

1st Shift

Start time may vary between 5:30 AM and 7:00 AM | $21.73/hr

Previous forklift experience is preferred.

Forklift Operators:

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and move products and materials
• Supply production lines with materials
• Assist with warehouse and production operations
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized work area
  

What You’ll Do - Production Workers

• Pack finished products into boxes
• Inspect products for quality and remove defective items
• Stack cartons and prepare products for shipment
• Weigh and label boxes
• Supply production lines with materials
• Assist with palletizing and production line support
• Use basic hand tools for simple equipment assembly
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow food safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Commitment to safety and quality

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. regularly and up to 30 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and other physical movements
• Ability to work safely around production equipment and forklifts
• Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment
