We are actively seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Olathe, KS.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preserving, maintaining, and improving the physical integrity of the apartment community, buildings, grounds, and facilities.

To be considered for this position, applicants should have hands-on experience and demonstrate proficiency in a variety of apartment maintenance areas, including but not limited to:

• Grounds maintenance
• Pool maintenance
• Appliance repair
• General carpentry
• Basic electrical
• Plumbing
• HVAC
• General apartment repairs and preventative maintenance
