Job Description
The Project Analyst will support multiple databased, as well as our CRM tool by administering systems, analyzing data, developing dashboard reports, and conducting system testing to help maintain accurate, effective, and reliable Business Intelligence operations.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support multiple platforms including sub database, CRM lessons learned database, etc..
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain dashboard reports.
- Plan and conduct system testing to validate functionality and performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in CRM experience.
- Experience with monday.com is a plus.
- Knowledge of data quality management.
- Understanding of requirements analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
