Logistics- Key Account Specialist

RemX is partnering with a well-established global logistics organization seeking a Key Account Specialist to support strategic customer relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on communication, problem-solving, and creating positive outcomes for customers. You'll act as a trusted resource for key clients, helping ensure their business needs are met while partnering with internal teams to support successful service delivery.

Pay: $70,000/year

Hours: normal business Monday-Friday

Location: Irving, TX

Type: contract to hire

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned business accounts.
• Act as a customer advocate by coordinating solutions and ensuring timely follow-through.
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding service updates, shipment status, and account activity.
• Partner with operations and support teams to address challenges and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Analyze account trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Respond to customer concerns professionally and work toward resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer information, activity records, and performance metrics.
• Support account retention efforts through responsiveness, attention to detail, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain and logistics operations required to include imports, exports, ground, air and ocean.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
• Experience supporting business-to-business (B2B) customers is highly preferred.
