Location: Perry, OH
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00/hour

Consistent 30 hours per week!

I have 2 positions open at this location. These are the scheduled days each week:

Schedule 1: Sunday – 2:00 PM–11:00 PM / Tuesday + Thursday 10:00 PM–8:30 AM
30 hours per week

Schedule 2: Monday – 2:30 PM–10:00 PM / Friday 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
30 hours per week

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, meals, medication reminders)
• Promote independence and skill-building
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment
• Accurately document services and client changes
• Be available overnight to respond to any client needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 5 points
• Current auto insurance
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient
• Must pass background checks and complete required training
