Duties:
- Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage to address clients' specific needs.
- Conduct patient assessments to determine the most suitable massage treatments.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans for occupational health, acute pain management, and overall pain management.
- Maintain accurate records of client consultations, treatments, and progress.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient service and professionalism throughout all interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment in treatment rooms.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with expertise in deep tissue massage and pain management.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physical examinations, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to perform detailed patient assessments and tailor treatments accordingly.
- Certification or licensure as a Massage Therapist in North Carolina.
- Experience working in a med spa setting is a plus.
- Committing to providing the safest Spa environment for all clients and employees.
