Location: Margate, FL 33063
Salary: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
Type: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, In-Person

Overview:
Join our busy outpatient primary care clinic in Margate! We are seeking a Phlebotomist/CMA with strong clinical, administrative, and quality metrics experience. If you excel at phlebotomy, lab order management, prior authorizations, and HEDIS work, we want you.

Required Qualifications:

• Certified Phlebotomist/CMA with ≥3 years outpatient experience
• Skilled in phlebotomy, lab order entry, ICD-10 coding, medical necessity validation
• eClinicalWorks (eCW) proficiency
• Insurance verification and prior authorization experience
• HEDIS/payer quality metric tracking and care gap closure
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Bilingual: English/Spanish or English/Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
