BCBA or BCaBA School Consulting

Seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join a small, local ABA School Consulting Company to provide behavior consultation services to local school districts.

In this role, you will lead behavioral support services within school districts such as, conduct FBAs, create BIPs, train staff on behavior supports, and fidelity checks on plans for students. This position offers a opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of students and their families, while working in a supportive environment.

Duties

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to identify client needs and inform intervention strategies
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and client progress
• Provide direct school staff training as needed
• Collect and analyze data to track progress, adjust interventions, and ensure treatment fidelity
• Collaborate closely with school staff and students' families to support student goals and facilitate effective communication
• Collaborate with school administration on needs for school district and students

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a BCBA or BCaBA credential
• Proven experience working with persons with disabilities, trauma, or other neurodevelopment disorders
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments such as functional assessments
• Excellent communication skills to engage school staff and families effectively
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and documentation

Work Location: Traveling to 2 School Districts couple times a week with some remote work at home
