Electronic & Firmware Electrical Engineer

Location: Lenoir City, TN | Work Arrangement: On-site

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, test, and troubleshoot electronic circuits and embedded firmware for audio and avionics systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design electronic circuits, schematics, and embedded systems.
• Develop and debug firmware using C/C++, microcontrollers, and DSPs.
• Support PCB design, component selection, simulations, and layout reviews.
• Test and troubleshoot prototypes using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and audio analyzers.
• Work with manufacturing and quality teams on testing, validation, and documentation.
• Improve existing products and support certification and compliance activities.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with embedded electrical design, circuit development, and PCB-level systems.
• Hands-on experience with embedded firmware and real-time applications.
• Knowledge of power distribution, audio electronics, signal processing, and noise reduction is preferred.
• Familiarity with SPICE, schematic/CAD tools, and laboratory test equipment.
• Experience with aviation, FAA standards, or safety-critical products is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working on-site in a lab/manufacturing environment.
