Canvassers and Supervisors Earn $75K-$175K

Position: Canvassers and Supervisors - As an experienced canvasser or supervisor. Canvassers will work directly with homeowners to identify opportunities and generate leads, while supervisors will train, manage, and lead the team. No Selling Required.
Qualifications:
▪ Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
▪ Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
▪ Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams
▪ Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
Responsibilities
▪ Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers
▪ Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training
▪ Develop canvassing strategies, neighborhood mapping, and route plans
▪ Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results
Compensation:
▪ Earn $75K to $175K (Hourly+Appointment Sale Bonuses)
