Bilingual Staffing Coordinator

Labor Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with other dispatchers to actively recruit candidates using our TW database and external sources. You will oversee the candidate lifecycle from initial screening to dispatching staff to client sites while handling key administrative and onboarding duties.

Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Monday through Friday

Pay: $19-20 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Actively recruit, screen candidates, and dispatch staff to client sites while ensuring all client requirements are met.
• Provide coaching and guidance to employees and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Train candidates on the application process and provide hands-on support as needed.
• Enter job board notes into the database, upload documents to employee files, update employee-submitted forms, run and document background checks, and record drug test results.
• Navigate multiple database systems to complete daily operational tasks and assist with answering phone calls.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (Required).
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally and maintain composure.
• Excellent attendance record and dependable work ethic.
