Windows Systems Administrator "Hybrid"

•Top 3-5 Must-Have Skills:

•Entry level consultant and this position will be focused on hardware (Laptop) refresh work.

1.Basic hands-on experience with system administration tasks, including user account management, password resets, permissions updates, and routine maintenance in Windows environments with introductory exposure to Linux systems.

2.Familiarity with common IT infrastructure components including servers, desktop systems, printers, storage devices, and network connectivity troubleshooting.

3.Foundational understanding of enterprise security practices, including multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, VPN access, and adherence to security policies.

4.Ability to follow established operational procedures for patching, system updates, software installations, and hardware replacements.

5.Basic knowledge of Active Directory, group policy administration, file shares, and identity/access management concepts.

Certifications or Degrees Required:

•Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (e.g. Computer Information Systems, Information System Technologies, Management Information Systems). In lieu of a degree, four (4) years’ direct related experience will be considered.

•1-3 years’ experience in systems/application administration or related field
