Clinical Laboratory Director

Laboratory Director needed to support hospital system in Liberal, Kansas. '...LAB Director - Graduate of a CAHEA accredited Medical Technology Program or equivalent. ASCP Certified. Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a regionally accredited college/university in Chemical, Physical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science, and/or Medical Technology. Minimum of five (5) years of medical laboratory experience with at least two (2) years of hospital supervisory experience. Ability to work all areas of hospital laboratory; CAP Survey experience. 110 bed hospital with an ER, Skilled Nursing Unit, Surgery/Recovery unit, OB unit, Medical Unit, ICU. The lab offers chemistry, hematology, serology, urinalysis, coagulation, blood bank, molecular, and microbiology testing. The lab serves outpatients M-F 0600-1800 and performs testing on partnered clinics from the surrounding areas. 3-4 techs and 2 phlebotomists on evening shift. 1 tech and 1 phlebotomist on night shift. Relocation bonus up to $2500 and must provide proof/receipts. The sign-on bonus will be discussed at the time of the offer and is typically paid in installments throughout the first year of employment.....'
