CNA 3pm-11pm

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a skilled nursing facility during the 3 p.m.–11 p.m. shift, supporting comfort, safety, dignity, and daily needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and respond promptly to call lights.
• Measure and record vital signs.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
• Support personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Assist with meals and monitor resident needs.
• Complete accurate patient charting.
• Promote patient safety throughout the facility.
• Coordinate care with the healthcare team.
