Experienced Automotive Technicians | Up to $47/hr

Location: Warsaw, IN
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday: One Saturday per month
Pay: $22–$47/Flat Rate, based on skill level
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Top Technician Earning Potential: Approximately $120,000 annually

The Opportunity

We are hiring three Automotive Technicians at the A, B, and C levels for a busy automotive dealership in Warsaw, IN.

The shop services primarily Domestic vehicles and handles approximately 400–450 vehicles per month, providing consistent workflow and strong earning potential for productive technicians.

A-Level Automotive Technician

Pay: $43–$47 Flat Rate

Top Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and drivability concerns

• Perform advanced diagnostics and factory programming

• Complete major engine and mechanical repairs

• Handle vehicles independently from diagnosis through completed repair

• Assist and mentor less-experienced technicians when needed

B-Level Automotive Technician

Pay: $28–$35 Flat Rate

Top Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, steering, suspension, and general mechanical repairs

• Diagnose common mechanical and drivability concerns

• Complete engine, cooling system, and electrical repairs

• Use scan tools to troubleshoot vehicle concerns

• Complete assigned repairs independently while maintaining quality and productivity

C-Level Automotive Technician

Pay: $22–$28 Flat Rate

Top Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance

• Complete brake and basic steering and suspension repairs

• Replace batteries, belts, hoses, and other common components

• Perform vehicle inspections and basic mechanical repairs

• Develop diagnostic and repair skills through hands-on training
