Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75

This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Outpatient clinic, 32 hours of patient-facing care per week; no call required
• Patients per day: Approximately 16 patients per day
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine/Primary Care Clinic
• Scope: Primary Care / Family Medicine; outpatient evaluation and management of established and new patients
• State Licensure: Active state license required
• Responsibility for Advanced Practitioners: None specified
• Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
