A thriving concierge/boutique primary care practice in beautiful Oro Valley, Arizona is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its growing team. We welcome both experienced physicians and new graduates who are passionate about delivering personalized, prevention-focused care.
This unique opportunity offers the ability to practice medicine the way it was intended, with a highly manageable patient panel of approximately 400 patients, longer appointment times, and the autonomy to focus on quality rather than volume.

Compensation & Benefits
$250,000 base salary
Sign-on bonus (based on retention agreement)

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care in a concierge medicine setting, including:
Preventive care and wellness services
Chronic disease management
Acute care visits
Personalized health planning
Patient education and lifestyle counseling
In-office procedures
Required Procedural Skills
Candidates should be proficient in:
Shave biopsies and lesion removal procedures
Incision and drainage (I&D)
Simple and complex suturing
Staple placement and removal
Joint injections
Trigger point injections
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
Strong procedural skills as listed above
Commitment to preventive, patient-centered care
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
