X-Ray Technologist
An exciting opportunity for an X-Ray Technologist is available, offering a challenging and rewarding role to support medical imaging services. The successful candidate will work overnight shifts and may be required to cover holidays.
Shift InformationShifts will take place overnight from 21:30 to 07:30, with an average requirement of three days of call per month. Candidates should note that there is no guarantee of hours or time off requests during the initial 13 weeks of the contract.
Minimum Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of independent experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist.
- Active State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer is required prior to starting the assignment.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the operation of all radiographic equipment including DR fixed equipment, DR fluoro equipment, C-arms, and portable DR equipment.
- Function independently without supervision.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols and maintain a dosimetry badge.
- Utilize Epic EMR, with experience in Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, and Konica DR preferred.
Travelers must arrive on the island the Friday before their Monday start date to complete necessary HR and clearance appointments. Holiday coverage is required.
