Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Perform all diagnostic and interventional procedures including PCI, structural heart, and electrophysiology treatments.
- Accurately monitor patients during procedures and report any critical findings.
- Maintain and scrub-sterile fields in accordance with procedural standards.
- Respond to on-call duties as needed, including one call day per week and occasional weekends.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility-specific standards.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Tech.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT-R or CCI RCIS certification.
- Valid Washington RT or CIS License.
- Travel experience required with excellent patient care skills.
- Not eligible for local contracts within 50-mile radius of the facility.
- Strong ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and work in high-stress environments.
