Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Description
Speech therapists play a crucial role in developing treatment plans aimed at enhancing swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities while minimizing the risk of aspirations. These communication treatment plans utilize various techniques to ensure individuals are better understood and can understand others effectively.
In this role, you will lead, guide, and direct the delivery of speech-language pathology and audiology services in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as established facility policies and procedures. Your efforts will ensure that residents receive appropriate care and services tailored to their needs.
Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Active Texas License or compact license
- 8-hour day shifts with a guaranteed 40 hours per week
- No weekend requirements
