Job Details
- Position Description: Develops treatment plans to enhance swallowing, cognitive, and communication skills; includes techniques to improve understanding and expression. Leads, guides, and directs speech language pathology and audiology services in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as facility policies.
- Required Qualifications: Current Texas license or compact license; minimum of 2 years Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) experience; no minimum years of experience specified; location in Texas; Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: This role involves developing and executing treatment plans tailored to individual resident needs, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations, and working in a skilled nursing facility environment.
