Physical Therapist

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days, Monday–Friday, 5x8s, 8:00am–5:00pm | Expected 40 hours/week | Minimum 12-week contract with possibility to extend | No weekends, no call, no holidays
Key Responsibilities- Manage a varied caseload spanning outpatient, inpatient/acute care, and swing-bed patients
- Typically see 5+ outpatient visits plus 2+ inpatient/swing-bed patients per day
- Function independently as the sole therapist within a rural healthcare setting
- Document patient care using TruBridge/CPSI EMR
- Complete facility credentialing requirements prior to seeing patients
- Active Montana PT license or PT Compact privilege required by start date
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Current BLS certification required
- Individual NPI required
- Experience working in a rural or critical access hospital environment
- Comfort working independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with TruBridge/CPSI or similar EMR systems
- Opportunity to practice across multiple care settings in a unique rural environment with a consistent, predictable Monday–Friday schedule
