Civil CAD / AGTEK Technician - Now Hiring

We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil CAD / AGTEK Technician to support a growing heavy civil construction estimating team.

Civil CAD / AGTEK Technician – Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-offs for earthwork, underground utilities, site development, and roadway projects
• Utilize AGTEK, AutoCAD, HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and related software for take-offs and estimating support
• Read and interpret civil construction plans, blueprints, and drawings
• Prepare exhibits and drawings to support project proposals and bid quantities
• Assist Estimating and Project Management teams with proposals and change orders
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment

Civil CAD / AGTEK Technician – Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of relevant civil construction, CAD, take-off, or estimating experience preferred
• Experience with AGTEK and/or AutoCAD strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret civil construction drawings
• This is an onsite role with no remote options
• Knowledge of earthwork, grading, utilities, roadways, or site development is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
