Bilingual Production Scheduler

SUMMARY:

Coordinate the production schedule needed to support customer requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supply production employees with daily production requirements.

2. Prepare and distribute manager’s daily labor requirements.

3. Perform clerical duties, such as typing, data entry, proofreading, etc.

4. Work safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others

5. Performs other related duties as assigned

SKILLS DESIRED:

 Bilingual in English and Spanish.

 Strong problem solving skills.

 Desire to drive continuous improvement processes and standards.

 Strong planning and customer service orientation.

 Ability to work under pressure with deadlines.

 Effective written and verbal communication skills.

 Strong time management and organizational skills.

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

 High attention to detail.

 Ability to coordinate and handle multiple priorities within deadlines and take initiative to produce

results with minimal supervision.

 PC skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
