Experienced Servers and Bartenders

We are hiring experienced Servers and Bartenders to support breakfast and brunch service at The Flying Biscuit. This role focuses on table service, bar service, and delivering an excellent guest experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. Bartenders report to the bar manager, while Servers report to the floor manager. Please apply at The Flying Biscuit Monday–Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or Saturday–Sunday from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive table service during high-volume breakfast and brunch periods
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Prepare and serve beverages
• Run food and maintain menu knowledge
• Build positive guest relations and deliver excellent customer service
• Process payments and handle cash accurately
• Stock the bar and prepare the dining room for service
• Complete closing duties and maintain a clean service area

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food Handler Certification
• Responsible Beverage Service Certification
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
• Knowledge of beverage preparation, food safety, and menus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team
